ABOUT KRIS CAMERON
I have been a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise since 2001, listed on the United States Registry of Exercise Professionals, and a member of the Medical Fitness Network. I have dedicated over 20 years to the health and fitness of others.
Over the years, I have worked with all ages from children to frail elderly, as well as individuals with disabilities. My specialty is medical fitness and working with adults ages 50 and better. I believe in building relationships and trust, not just building a client base. All are welcome!
With a background in healthcare and physical rehabilitation, I have experience working with clients who have orthopedic injuries, arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, bariatric surgery, mental disorders, and stroke.
